Stew Crew 2021 Volunteer Opportunities

Join the Stew Crew as we restore and improve the natural habitat for plants and animals through trail maintenance, tree planting, invasive plant removal and other outdoor opportunities.

It is time to get outdoors and get your hands dirty!  This fall the Stew Crew will be tackling invasive species at CLCF Nature Preserves.  Register today for the volunteering activities you are interested in, and be sure to include your family and friends! Below is the list of our scheduled events:

Tuesday, September 28, 9:30am – Seed Collection @ Joan M. Pick Nature Preserve
Wednesday, September 29, – Invasive Woody Control @ Thoma Preserve
Tuesday, October 5, 9:30am – Seed Collection @ Joan M. Pick Nature Preserve
Thursday, October 21, 9:30am Oak Release @ Timmer Preserve
November 3 – Buckthorn @Fox Hill Nature Preserve
November 13 – Buckthorn @ Rudorf Farm
November 30 – Buckthorn @ Pick Nature Preserve

Stew Crew volunteers are required to review and sign the Volunteer Agreement to Waive Liability form.  You can upload the form below or bring it with you to a volunteering activity.  Please include an additional form for any other volunteer registering.
